RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At LAURRÈ, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. We accept returns for all our jewelry, with the exception of earrings due to health and safety considerations, unless they arrive damaged, broken, or faulty. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, simply reach out to us at sales@laurre.uk or send us a direct message online, and we will promptly provide you with the return address. Please ensure that all items are returned in their original, unused condition, complete with all tags and packaging. If an item does not meet these standards upon inspection, we reserve the right to decline the refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.

Order Processing Time

All orders placed before 2 PM (Monday to Friday) are processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time are dispatched the next business day. Orders made during weekends or on public holidays are sent from our warehouse on the following business day.

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

Please note that delivery addresses cannot be modified once the order is placed. Additionally, we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

International Orders

Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. As the customer, you are responsible for paying these fees. We recommend consulting your local customs office before placing an order, as these fees can sometimes be significant.
