RETURN & REFUND
We do not accept returns for jewellery because of hygiene reasons(it comes into direct contact with the skin); the only exceptions are the rings you ordered in the incorrect size and defective products. Make sure the return is completed within five (5) days of receiving the merchandise, do get in touch with us right away.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within five (5) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags, boxes and labels attached. Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges, except the return of defective items. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to check your return.
RETURN PROCESS
Please do not remove the original brand tags and labels if you want to return the product, otherwise we won't be able to proceed with the refund. Make sure the item is in the same condition and in the same original packaging.
To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging with its brand tags, then send your return to the following address:

REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) working days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
